Bloom MT is seeking a Store Director to lead one of our dispensaries in Montana, overseeing operations, staff leadership, and compliance. This senior role drives sales performance, customer experience, and regulatory adherence while maintaining inventory integrity and secure cash handling.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of dispensary management, strong leadership, and a customer-centric approach, with a schedule Tue–Sat and 45+ hours per week in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

Qualifikationen

• Retail/Dispensary management experience (3–5 years).
• Leadership skills to mentor and motivate a high-performing team.
• Operational expertise in sales, inventory control, compliance and financial oversight.
• Customer-centric mindset to create an outstanding dispensary experience.
• Willingness to work Tuesday–Saturday and 45 hours per week.
