Bloom MT is seeking a Store Director to lead one of our Montana dispensaries, driving sales, team performance, and regulatory compliance.

As the senior store leader, you will oversee operations, inventory, cash handling, and the customer experience while ensuring adherence to state cannabis regulations. The role offers competitive base pay plus profit sharing and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Retail or dispensary management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Operational expertise in sales, inventory, compliance and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop store staff; oversee scheduling and evaluations.
• Monitor daily operations, inventory control and cash handling following state laws.
• Drive sales, analyze performance, and prepare sales reports for leadership.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and educate customers on products and responsible use.
