Job summary

Woodland Market seeks a Store Director in San Francisco to lead all operations, guest experience, and financial performance. You will own the store’s P&L, drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and uphold premium hospitality standards.

You will partner with department heads on assortment, pricing, and promotions, ensure food safety and quality, and maintain top-notch presentation while building a loyal community presence. Strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality required or equivalent experience.
• Certified Food Protection Manager/ServSafe certification required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Proven track record in multi-department retail management with full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team across all departments.
• Own the store P&L and drive sales, margins, and operating income targets.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to ensure premium presentation.
• Ensure food safety, health regulations, and workplace safety are met.
• Partner with department heads on product selection, vendor relationships, and local marketing.
• Provide regular reporting on store performance to the CEO and senior management.
