Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cascade information and run weekly planning sessions with senior store leadership.
• Drive store performance through customer-first mindset and localized merchandising strategies.
• Own workforce management by scheduling to meet customer demand and optimize coverage.
• Ensure store readiness with visual merchandising, safety, and operational standards.
