Qualifications

• Proven success in team development, sales growth, and operational strategy.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience with workforce management tools and financial analysis platforms.
• Passion for inclusive leadership, coaching, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop associates through coaching and recognition.
• Coordinate weekly planning with Store Directors and Department Managers.
• Foster timely information sharing through daily team huddles and clear delegation.
• Build diverse, high-performing teams and engage in community outreach.
• Drive customer-first culture and localized merchandising strategy.
• Oversee operations, scheduling, and compliance to ensure excellent customer experience.
