Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in grocery, retail, or service industries.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Lead, motivate, and develop associates through coaching and recognition.
• Facilitate weekly planning sessions with department managers to align team goals.
• Cascade information through daily team huddles to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Delegate tasks to empower ownership and accountability across teams.

• Own workforce management by scheduling to meet demand while controlling labor costs.
• Ensure store readiness with visual standards, safety, and compliance across operations.
