Brobston Group LLC seeks a Store Director to lead the Bloomingdales Saint Laurent team, driving brand engagement, customer loyalty, and sales performance. You will recruit, develop and retain retail talent while fostering a compliant, high-performance store culture.

The role is accountable for achieving quantitative and qualitative business goals and ensuring operational and merchandising standards are met.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail.
• 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and training of staff through coaching and development.
• Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and drive achievement of KPIs.
• Analyze results and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational activities.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively supporting the selling floor.
• Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability, and internal processes.
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
