Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Director to support the Store Director in achieving sales goals and KPI targets within a luxury retail environment. You will oversee floor operations, visual merchandising, customer service and staff training, acting as a coaching leader to drive staff development and brand engagement.

The role requires significant luxury retail experience, 2–4 years in a managerial retail position, and strong time management skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail.
• 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

The Assistant Store Director acts as a coaching leader, ensuring staff development and execution of store objectives.
