Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to oversee store development, renovations, and relocations across the region. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage budgets and schedules, and drive successful openings with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in retail construction project management, travel 30–50%, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office. Competitive base pay plus 10% bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in retail construction preferred.
• Travel to job sites 30–50% of the time.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Working knowledge of construction administration including scheduling, cost reporting and budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore and Bluebeam Revu.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages with limited supervision.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to motivate external teams.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage 5-10 projects (new stores, renovations, relocations) annually.
• Coordinate with design, approvals, schedule, budget, and implementation.
• Coordinate scope with architects, general contractors, and vendors.
• Assist in budget estimating from historical data and market trends.
• Review Construction Documents and communicate changes to teams.
• Oversee bid process, contracts, and award of bids to general contractors.
• Manage vendor scope, invoicing, and closeout for all NA vendors.
• Supervise construction build-out and on-site contractor activities.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per design; coordinate inspections.
