Job summary

PUMA NA is seeking a Project Manager to lead store development initiatives, overseeing 5-10 new stores, renovations, and relocations annually. You will coordinate with architects, general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams from design through turnover to Operations.

The role requires strong construction administration skills, proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam Revu, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction administration including scheduling and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam Revu required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5-10 store development projects annually from design through completion.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external architects/contractors on scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Participate in project budget estimating using historical data and market trends.
• Review construction documents and communicate changes to the team.
• Manage GC bid process, bids, approvals, and contracts.
• Coordinate vendor scope, orders, invoicing, and closeout for NA vendors.
• Supervise construction build-out and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Meet inspectors, landlords, internal teams, and vendors to ensure openings.
• Handle turnover to Operations with punch lists and manuals.
• Maintain records of budgets, orders, contracts, and closeout documents.
