PUMA SE is seeking a Project Manager Store Development in Somerville to lead store development for North America. You will manage multiple projects—new stores, renovations, and relocations—ensuring on-time, on-budget openings.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, oversee budgets and bids, and drive vendor deliverables for a seamless rollout. The role requires 5+ years in retail construction project management, a construction management degree, and the ability to travel

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience within a retail construction environment preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost reporting, payment application process and budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore and Bluebeam Revu.

Responsabilidades

• Personally manage 5-10 projects (new stores, renovations, and relocations) annually.
• Coordinate project scope and details with internal partners for design, approvals, schedule, budget, coordination, and implementation.
• Coordinate the scope development, bidding, PO’s, vendor deliverables, invoicing, and closeout for all PUMA NA vendors.
• Manage the construction build out process, including supervising the general contractor and all direct PUMA North America vendors.
• Ensure projects are on time, on budget and as per design; meet with inspectors, landlords, internal teams, and outside vendors.
