Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold brand standards in the California store. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving KPI goals, overseeing inventory and loss prevention, executing marketing initiatives, and maintaining visual guidelines. Travel for openings/closings and training may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ management experience in a focused, customer service retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and lead teams.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; ability to train staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in the Store per brand values.
• Meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals through planning and service.
• Recruit, train, develop and succession plan for store staff.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maximize profitability.
• Ensure timely training completion and performance reviews.
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory, and visual standards.
• Execute marketing initiatives, events, and store signage.
• Maintain POS access, store security, and safety standards.
• Support new store openings/closings and travel as required.
