- Translate creative visions into detailed design intent and construction documentation
- Coordinate fixture layouts, millwork integration, finishes, and store design details
- Review architectural drawings and consultant deliverables for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Assist with space planning studies, schematic layouts, and test fits
- Support prototype development and implementation of evolving store concepts
- Help maintain universal design standards, filing systems, and construction guidelines
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage project schedules and track key milestones across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, landlords, and internal partners
- Track design deliverables, permit approvals, bidding packages, and construction progress
- Maintain project logs, action-item trackers, meeting notes, and status reports
- Monitor project risks and elevate issues when necessary
- Prepare executive-level project updates and presentations
- Support budget tracking, scope changes, and value-engineering initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Real Estate, Construction, Operations, and Visual Merchandising teams
- Participate in project review meetings and planning sessions
- Ensure alignment between design intent and project execution
- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants to keep projects on track
