REI Co-op is seeking a Store Department Manager to coach and motivate store sales teams, acting as a key member of the store management team. You will manage a retail staff to deliver on REI business and service goals with a dynamic leadership approach to engage and develop talent.

You will be responsible for recruiting and developing diverse talent, driving sales, and upholding core standards while building a customer-centric culture aligned to REI's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful retail management experience.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Open to feedback and other viewpoints in the spirit of supporting the business.
• Uses business understanding and sound judgment to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates responsibilities to team.
