Meijer is seeking a qualified leader to plan, direct, and supervise store operations. You will mentor the team, drive customer service, and manage staffing and training to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include staffing decisions, P&L accountability, and promoting a safe, customer-focused environment. Prior retail management and certifications are preferred to advance within a multi-state, community-focused retailer.

Competenze

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 2–3 years of related retail experience
• 1 year of management experience
• Rotational assignments in store areas (meat, bakery, produce, deli) and customer service
• Clear and precise direction to team members; conflict resolution
• Ability to analyze financial information and teach suggestive selling
• Leadership in safety and staff mentoring; certification completion

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations
