Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in a retail department lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• May serve as backup to Department Manager and opposite shift to Manager.
• May help prepare department work schedules.
• Trains Partners; directs work; addresses complaints; resolves issues; builds / follows up on production plans and their execution.
• Assists in all technical areas as needed.
• Performs Representative / Specialist duties frequently.
• Provides / coaches on superior customer service.
