Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations and supervise scheduling and training for Partners.
• Provide superior customer service and help customers with product knowledge and selections.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and safety compliance in assigned areas.
• Train and develop Partners, assign tasks, and address issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with store management for production and department needs.
