H&M is seeking a Department Manager to lead a dynamic in-store team and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture. You’ll drive sales, ensure a best-in-class customer experience, and align operations with global guidelines. Your role includes developing your team, optimizing budgets, and championing sustainability initiatives.

The position emphasizes leadership in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and daily communications to keep the store performing at its best.

Responsabilidades

• Own the total OMNI customer experience and uphold visual/brand standards.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
• Identify department strengths and commercial opportunities and act on them.
• Set and analyze sales and budget goals; create plans to optimize results.
• Ensure customer service across all areas; promote and sell products to customers.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability efforts.
• Manage the department in a cost-efficient way.
• Ensure correct routines in fitting rooms and checkout, including transactions and returns.
• Maintain compliant admin routines for people and operations.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, products, and influencers; train team on product knowledge.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team development.
• Plan and manage performance evaluations and succession planning.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser team; share knowledge with the team.
• Provide and receive feedback to support development and teamwork.
• Plan and schedule the team; conduct regular communications and meetings.
• Ensure procedures and legal requirements in-store are followed; support onboarding and training.
