H&M in the United States seeks a Department Manager to lead a dedicated team and promote an inclusive, collaborative culture. You will drive sales, optimize profitability, and ensure an excellent customer experience across all store areas.

You will recruit, develop, and manage staff, uphold visual and brand standards, and coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser to execute strategic plans while maintaining store operations and compliance.

• Recruit, onboard, and manage performance; schedule and develop the team.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser to align planning and execution.
• Maintain high fashion quality, stock levels, and in-store technology.
