The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and maintaining store standards. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership capacity, with the ability to work nights and weekends and lift heavy objects if needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
