Job description

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. They must stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company requires a criminal history review to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.

The individual selected for this role may be expected to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #701819 located at 140 Lysle Blvd, McKeesport, PA 15132.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish
