Job description

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. They are expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high standards of product quality and store appearance. Customer Service Specialists aim to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales goals. Job duties include contact with customers, which may involve minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables, with supervision as necessary. The company conducts criminal history reviews to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors, and the public.
The selected individual will work at Store #703805, located at 1025 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish
