A leading company in the paint industry seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Coraopolis to provide exceptional service to both retail and wholesale customers. The role involves addressing customer needs, handling sales transactions, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess a valid driver's license, previous retail or customer service experience, and the ability to lift heavy products.
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. They are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value, with access that may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company conducts criminal history reviews to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
The individual selected for this role may be expected to work at stores within a 20-mile radius of Store #701181 located at: 1136 Thorn Run Rd Suite F, Coraopolis, PA 15108.
