Total Wine & More in Minnetonka is seeking a Supervisor to assist the store leadership in growing the brand and delivering best-in-class service. You’ll lead service teams, support merchandising and front-end operations, and coach staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail supervision, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• 1+ year of proven supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in growing the company brand.
• Assist store operations and help build a sales and service culture with best-in-class service.
• Represent internally as Supervisor and report to store management.
• Lead and support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support training and ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safe store environment.
