Total Wine & More in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional service. You will report to the Store Manager and support day-to-day operations, payroll, inventory, and merchandising while ensuring compliance and a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role requires a related degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years in a supervisory retail role, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a supervisory/managerial retail role.
• Experience leading and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team.
• Support payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink management.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store objectives.
