Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture. You will report to the store management team and help deliver best-in-class service and a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a supervisory retail role, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with POS and inventory software. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years experience with 1+ year in a supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
