We are looking for a Counter Sales associate, considered the “face of the retail store,” to assist customers with their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down engines, but a background in automotive parts is preferred. This role offers opportunities for career growth, whether full-time or part-time, and is suitable for those exploring careers in automotive retail.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
2. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
3. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences.
4. Engaging with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.
