As a NAPA Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. While knowledge of automotive parts is preferred, a willingness to learn is equally valued.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
• Assisting team members with customer inquiries.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Engaging with customers to foster a welcoming environment.
• Utilizing technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.
