As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. Prior automotive repair experience is not mandatory but helpful; a background in automotive parts is preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
2. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
3. Delivering outstanding customer service and interactions.
4. Maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
5. Engaging retail customers to ensure a positive experience.
6. Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.
