We are more than just a Parts Store, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No need to be an expert in tearing down engines, but a background in automotive parts is preferred. This role offers a great opportunity whether you're aiming for a long-term career as a Parts Specialist, seeking full or part-time work, or just exploring options.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
  • Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
  • Delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Strong listening skills and empathy for customers
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries
  • Experience with cataloging and inventory systems
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
