As a NAPA Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down motors, but a background in automotive parts is preferred. This role offers opportunities whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other career paths within us.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
• Using your parts knowledge to assist team members and customers.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and engaging positively with store visitors.
• Bringing energy to our fast-paced stores.
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

What You'll Need

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong listening skills and empathy.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not required)

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
• Experience with cataloging or inventory systems.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• ASE Certifications.
