We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down motors (though that’s a plus) – a background in automotive parts is essential. This role is ideal whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full/part-time, or explore other opportunities within our company.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service in our stores
• Engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

• Have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks

What You’ll Need

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong listening skills and customer empathy

Preferred But Not Required

• Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience with cataloging or inventory management systems
• Customer-centric mindset
• ASE Certifications
