Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Construction Project Manager for responsible oversight of new store builds and remodels in the Frederick, MD area. You will guide projects from permitting through on-site supervision, punch lists, and turnover to Operations, shaping budgets and schedules.

The role supports ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, with remote work up to 3 days per week and in-office collaboration at least 2 days weekly. A starting salary of $147,500 accompanies potential increases in Year 2 and Year 3.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Project Management or related fields.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store construction projects within time and budget.
• Expedite permits, bids, change orders and payments; ensure lien waivers.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and authorities to meet project goals.
