ALDI is hiring a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and capital investments across store locations. The role is fully remote with regular travel to ALDI stores, requiring residency within the defined zone and flexibility within boundaries.

The position offers a starting salary of $103,500 with increases to $108,750 and $116,500 in subsequent years, plus comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in facilities/construction management, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in facilities or construction management.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Environmental Health and Safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance expenditure through site visits and CMMS.
• Supervise maintenance of up to 150 ALDI locations within your geographical area.
• Work with operations personnel and leadership.
• Make decisions that directly impact the facilities within your area.
• Other duties as assigned.
