Job summary

You will guide budgets, schedules, and contractor development, coordinating with developers, consultants, and local authorities to deliver on-time, on-budget stores.

The role offers a Hybrid Work Program, allowing remote work up to 3 days per week with in-office presence at least 2 days. Starting salary is $147,500 with increases in Years 2 and 3.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience with retail or commercial projects preferred.
• Driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all store construction projects ensuring codes, plans, and ALDI specifications meet time and budget targets.
• Expedites permits, reviews bids, and approves payments and change orders.
• Recruits and develops contractors, monitors safety and quality on site.
• Prepares capital expenditure budgets and project schedules.
• Works with operations, real estate, and external partners to turnover stores.
