Job summary

You will manage the master calendar, intranet content, translation workflows, and guardrails while partnering with cross‑functional teams for quality and adoption. Responsibilities include leading the Store Communications Committee, enforcing templates and tone, and driving change management for operational rollouts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in communications, business, public relations, or related field.
• Proficient in enterprise intranet platforms and CMS.
• Advanced MS Office skills with ability to design spreadsheets for auditing, tracking schedules, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of change management principles and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Strong editorial, proofreading, and written/verbal communication skills with ability to adapt tone.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce the master communications calendar, approval matrix, and publication cadences.
• Perform routine content audits across store communication channels to identify off-brand language or outdated information.
• Serve as head of the Store Communications Committee and review messages before release.
• Manage day-to-day translation with Quebec stores to meet quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Operationalize and maintain store support communication guardrails, including templates and style guides.
• Monitor inbound/outbound protocols to ensure professional, on-brand interactions.
• Partner with corporate functions to train content owners on communication protocols.
• Manage intranet content updates for MIK Check and conversion/publishing of SOPs.
• Lead communications for major events and special projects with pre/post materials.
