Nike, Inc. Cypress is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach, train, and empower your staff while driving store growth through effective leadership and community engagement.

You will recruit and develop a talented team, ensure strong customer service, manage product flow, and drive key metrics. Nike offers benefits, discounts, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods with or without accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

• Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in their day-to-day responsibilities.

• Leading your store's team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, planning,a high levelof customer service, sales, people leadership and management

• Managing product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
