Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store teams through teaching, feedback, and coaching.
• Delivers exceptional customer service by modeling and guiding the One Best Way (OBW) service approach.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Promotes a culture of belonging, integrity, and continuous learning among associates.
