Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Savannah, GA seeks a full-time Co-Manager to act as the Store Manager’s right hand. You will drive store productivity in sales, payroll, and expenses while coaching a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists in delivering an Oasis shopping experience.

As a capable leader, you’ll recruit talent, monitor KPI performance, ensure brand standards, and uphold Windsor policies. You’ll foster a respectful, fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous store improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership with teams up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall store productivity.
• Build brand loyalty by delivering an Oasis shopping experience.
• Analyze KPI reports and translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Support payroll, expenses, and scheduling with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of assistants and stylists.
