Job summary

2nd and Charles is seeking a Co-Manager to oversee daily store operations as a Manager On Duty, partnering with the management team to maximize sales and service. You will drive merchandising execution, uphold store standards, and lead staff development.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and adherence to company policies, with full-time hours and open availability for shifts.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading assigned category team and operating the store in accordance with policies.
• Operates the store as the Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintains security as a key-holding member of management.
• Ensures highest level of customer service and resolves complaints satisfactorily.
• Maintains merchandising, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Maintains stock levels within monthly budget.
• Trains and develops Associates and Leads.
• Facilitates communication through daily briefings and meetings.
• Audits buyback and ensures policy compliance.
• Drops off bank deposits and handles change orders as needed.
• Consults with the General Manager on associate performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
