2nd and Charles in Augusta, GA is seeking a Co-Manager (Manager On Duty) to lead daily store operations, support the management team, and drive sales, service, and merchandising execution while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates will be 21+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), have supervisor experience, and pass background screenings. Strong communication and team development skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned category team and operate the store as Manager On Duty.
• Maximize profits and customer service by following policies and guidelines.
• Maintain store security as a key-holding manager.
• Train and develop Associates and Leads; communicate store updates daily.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, stock levels, and budget adherence.
• Audit buyback and manage cash deposits; coordinate with General Manager on performance.
