Job summary

2nd & Charles in Newark, DE is seeking a Co-Manager to lead store operations as a Manager On Duty, partnering with the management team to drive sales and customer service. You will execute the merchandising plan to keep the store well-stocked and compliant, while building a strong team and setting the tone for daily interactions.

You will mentor Associates and Leads, uphold safety and process standards, and own performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in a supervisor role or leadership position is required for this role.
• Background screenings must be completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead store as Manager On Duty, partnering with the management team to set expectations and run the store.
• Drive sales and service by leading your category team and making thoughtful on‑floor decisions.
• Develop Associates and Leads to grow future store leaders and maintain store standards.
• Oversee merchandising plan execution and ensure compliance and proper stock levels.
• Maintain safe, secure store operations and a positive customer experience.
