• Communicates well and effectively in a one on one setting and in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages all store operations, loss prevention and makes decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability.
• Achieves store and company profitability expectations in sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Directs and coaches staff to meet personal and store sales goals.
• Follows Loss Prevention Procedures and controls shrink and expenses.
• Maintains dress code, housekeeping and visual standards, and assists in training and staffing.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and protects assets.
