Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Paramus, NJ is seeking a full-time Windsor Co-Manager to serve as the store manager's right hand, driving sales, controlling payroll and expenses, and coaching a team of assistants and stylists.

You will lead by example, ensure a seamless omni-channel Oasis experience, hire and develop talent, and uphold Windsor's visual guidelines and customer service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store productivity, including payroll and expenses.
• Provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into actions.
• Support Store Manager in talent recruiting and onboarding.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and ensure Windsor directives are followed.
