Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring efficient cash handling.
Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales.
Maintain organized stock levels by restocking shelves and managing inventory effectively as able.
Communicate with the team via the provided radio system.
Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to retail operations.
Must be well-groomed, neat, and clean for public contact.
