What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry, reconciliations, and quality control to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Conduct site audits to ensure alignment between data files and GPMS data
- Provide support for GPMS helpdesk tickets and assist field staff in reaching performance measures
- Develop training materials and provide training to field staff on GPMS workflows
- Evaluate existing processes for improvements and adjustments in alignment with GPMS

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a continually changing environment
- Must be results-oriented and customer-focused with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge, particularly in Excel
- Proven track record in interpreting, compiling, and analyzing complex data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with SCSEP is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous
- Experience in giving presentations to large groups
