Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Clark, NJ is seeking a part-time Retail Environmental (Janitorial) Team Member to keep the store clean, organized and welcoming. You’ll help customers, handle light cash handling, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. You will dust and damp-mop floors, tend to restrooms and high-traffic areas, and notify supervisors when supplies run low.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding what they need.
• Dust, mop, and clean key areas including bathrooms and entryways.
• Assist with checkout, rewards enrollment, and omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
