Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Part-time Enviornmental Team Member to help maintain the store’s cleanliness, assist customers, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment. The role includes cleaning duties, stocking, and delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work part-time hours, handle basic checkout tasks, and engage customers in the Rewards program while following store SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with shopping and checkout.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
