Job summary

Michaels Stores in Pittsburgh is hiring a Store Cleaner to maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find what they’re looking for, and perform floor care and stocking tasks.

This role supports Omni channel processes, safety programs, and adherence to SOPs. Must be able to stand long hours, lift heavy boxes, and work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and assist with rewards enrollment.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and stock replenishment.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully with customers and team members and model a positive image.
