Job summary

Michaels in Paducah, KY is hiring a Store Cleaning Associate to uphold a high standard of store appearance and safety. You’ll provide friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and support omni-channel processes while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities include trash disposal, floor care, deep cleaning of bathrooms and high-traffic areas, stocking, and assisting with checkout and rewards enrollments. Flexible hours may apply, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance
